Let's Imagine a typical day...........

First of all you enjoy the first coffee of the day in the courtyard before wandering down to the bakery to collect bread and pastries for your leisurely breakfast.  A short drive to Caldas da Rainha allows a little shopping before returning to Foz do Arelho for lunch in one of the lagoon-side cafes.  A relaxing afternoon on the beach follows, alternatively watching the surfers amongst the Atlantic breakers and the wind surfers and fishermen on the lagoon.  Returning to Casa Adega, for a hour on the sun terrace and a pre-dinner aperitif, you then take a short walk to one of the village restaurants to sample the local cusine and wine.  A visit to the Jazz Bar follows before you call it a day and prepare for more of the same tomorrow.
