Rental Rates for 2012

Unlike the majority of holiday property owners, our policy is not to charge a flat rate per week irrespective of the number of guests, but to provide a price menu to based on the number of guests occupying the property.

Please note that the prices include :

  • Cost of utilities
  • Welcome pack (for guests booking for a minimum of a week)
  • End of week change of bed-linen and towels
  • End of stay cleaning

All prices are per week (7 nights).  Please contact us for rates on weeks not included above.  During the peak season (09 July to 17 September), we can only accept whole week bookings (7 nights).  Out of season we may be able to  accept shorter stays with a minimum of 4 nights.  Please note that changeover day is usually Saturday although we do understand that Saturday flights are not always possible and therefore we will try to be flexible.
